DreamTeam is the first global platform that provides a solution for building, growing, managing, and monetizing an esport team.

How it works:

From his time as the CEO of Na ‘Vi team, DreamTeam CEO had a first-hand experience of what the problems in the esports industry are. This project is dedicated to solving them.

It will provide a way of secure payment to the teams to eliminate possible frauds and non-payments of prize money that many teams unfortunately face. DreamTeam will bring all the players in the market together in one hub and create an ecosystem for competitive gaming. This entry point will connect the audience, the team, advertisers and sponsors on one platform, making conducting business and playing easier for everybody.

DreamTeam also offers a wide range of business tools for creating, managing your team and leading it to prosperity, as well as advertising to the audiences. This will facilitate mass adoption of esports and bring a lot of new blood to the game.

As of today there isn’t any other company like DreamTeam, really. A hub for esports teams is an idea that solves problems in the industry nobody else offers to solve. In fact, Forbes believes, this startup is going to take esports to the next level ( https://www.forbes.com/sites/outofasia/2017/11/07/how-cryptocurrencies-and-blockchain-are-taking-esports-to-the-next-level)

Token value:

DTT is in-platform payment currency. It is the only way to pay for anything, so the rise of user base results in growing demand, which triggers the growth of DTT price. This is pretty basic, but the possible popularity of the platform means the growth will be significant.

White paper:

DreamTeam’s white paper presents both the product side and the business side of the project perfectly. It shows an in-depth market overview with weak points and possible solutions for them and a competition analysis. It also talks about main concepts of the platform in great detail. On the business side, DreamTeam’s white paper provides a business plan with revenue streams mentioned, as well as marketing and user acquisition strategy.

Notable achievements of DreamTeam as of today is launching the beta version of the platform in October 2017 and acquiring over 250,000 users in a span of three months. Their ICOs first phase successfully raised $6 mio, and that is why the project does not have a soft cap in this phase.

By the end of 2018 the company plans to acquire 1.6 mio players and 400,000 teams. They will also implement smart contract system and start offering premium accounts.

By the end of 2019 they plan to triple the number of teams and players registered, acquire a thousand of sponsors and advertisers and register 850 tournaments. By this time the team also will introduce advanced team management, analytics, sponsorship and advertising modules.

Business model:

DreamTeam has two main user acquisition strategies. The first is cooperation with top esports teams, tournaments and brands. The second is cost-effective targeted advertising.

The company has two main branches of the revenue stream, freemium and transaction fees. That is to say, the platform charges for purchasing premium accounts and takes a 5% transaction fee.

Taking into account the amount of users on the platform and the fact that 5% fee off of a huge payment for a player can be a hefty sum, the project is highly profitable.

Business model score: High

DreamTeam’s CEO, Alexander Kokhanovskyy, has 17 years of experience in the Esports industry. He has created and managed Natus Vincere (Na`Vi) and still is in the directory board, even though he is not directly responsible for management right now. The project’s CTO has 20 years of experience and has held a position of Director of Engineering at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Their blockchain architect was involved in developing Dash. Other members of the team leave a positive impression as well.

The company’s advisory board is packed with CEOs of prominent companies and startups. It includes former CEO and co-founder of MLG and VP Content and Media at Blizzard.

Team score: High

We agree with DreamTeam’s analysis that shows there are virtually no other company it can compare to and that would constitute direct competition to the project. The white paper names Esports.com and Faceit among many possible competitors, but no company presented in the list measures up with DreamTeam in terms of the amount of features offered on one platform.

Competitors score: Low

Overall thoughts:

DreamTeam has an innovative idea to create a new market niche with, a professional team and connections within the esports industry. Beta version of their product already acquired followers, the soft cap is already met. It’s going to go big.

DTT tokens are a great investment.
